RETURN POLICY

Since each item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

To report a quality issue:

  1. Contact us at our email within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  3. If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve entered processing.

If you need to cancel:

  • Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to stop it in time.
